Ik heb een heel goede ervaring gehad met Hernández Mora advocaten. Voor een zeer normale prijs nemen ze veel gedoe uit handen tijdens aankoop procedure. We have completed today on our new home in Murcia. Juan's fees were very reasonable but most importantly he was recommended to us. His and the teams service was very good, they have not only managed all the legal aspects for us but also set up bank accounts, NIE numbers and utility set ups. Of course in the UK I know exactly what I am doing, not so much in Spain ! You need somebody you can trust and we know we can trust Juan. Trabajo no profesional. Para solo leer los informes con retraso. Luego ha dicho que no cobrará nada. Todo de la compañía. Y cuando hemos mandado nuestros documentos ha dicho otro precio y no es lógico. No lo recomiendo es pérdida de tiempo. Menos mal que lo sabíamos desde el principio.
