Gonzalo has supported my family for the last few years, dealing with Wills and Probate matters, inheritances and property transactions. He has gone out of his way to explain and help navigate the Spanish legal and taxation system, giving me and my family security and the right end result, every time.

My wife and I are Americans living outside of Spain. After visiting a few times, we decided to buy a house in the province of Valencia with the assistance of an independent real estate attorney. We hired Gonzalo and his team, and the result was excellent. Gonzalo verified the legality of the properties we were interested in (and not all were okay). Once we settled on a suitable home, he helped us obtain the necessary documents (NIEs) and we executed a POA to enable him to complete the purchasing process on our behalf. He explained everything in English via telephone and email and was very prompt in returning messages and calls. When we had a problem getting our Spanish bank to wire funds for the closing, Gonzalo visited the bank in person several times and resolved the issue. The purchase was completed on schedule while we were out of the country.

Highly recommend!!! Gonzalo helped us buying a top floor apartment in the old town of Jávea, which had a lot of issues. He managed to solve all issues one by one. Communication was super easy, fast and effective. He also made us save some money, so it was definitely worth it. Will be using his services again in the future.

Gonzalo Blanco was very helpful with buying our Rustic property in Spain. He was always very quick to replay when using email, and had some clear rules what not to do. When something was not clear for us we would call hem and often he would be available to explain. His English is not fluent, but when talking we could always understand him.
