We bought a property in Benidorm as non-resident in Spain. Manuel was referred by a friend of ours for his "clarity, serious and keep promises" skills. We were not disapointed! Indeed, for an all-in package, we got support from the first reserva contract, up to the signature of the deed. Along the way, Manuel advised us on the steps to follow and documents to receive. He checked them all and gave prompt analysis. Generally 24 hours response time. If we buy an other property, we will for sure ask Manuel again.

Manuel, THANKYOU is not enough thanks, and you are worth more than 5 stars. Would we use Manuel and TA Lawyers again ? YES YES YES. We had a potentially complicated Golden Visa application, but he sorted everything out, all done remotely, with emails and FaceTime. We had great confidence in him, he kept us informed throughout the process, and he obviously enjoyed informing us we had a positive ‘resolution’. He has even arranged for his assistant , to organise an appointment, and be at the police station for the T.I.E process. We think that it is his attention to detail that makes his success rate so high.

We can 100% recommend Manuel and his team. We came to Manuel for advice after our initial Golden Visa application submitted though a local lawyer had been rejected and we were in an appeal process . The lawyer we’d been using wasn’t proactive or experienced enough and we waited 6 months for that appeal to be declined. Meanwhile we took advice from Manuel to get ourselves into a position to submit a new application in both managing our tourist / Shengen days and making sure we had up to date apostilled documents. When I was searching for a good lawyer, I saw the reviews of TA Lawyers that seemed too good to be true. So I started looking at the content of the reviews and whether those who posted them had also posted multiple reviews and that turned out to be the case. I went with Manuel and to this day I have no regrets. In our case we switched from a gestor to Manuel, the owner of TA Lawyers, about 2 weeks before the transfer of the house we were going to buy. The gestor had left a lot behind so a lot had to be done in a short time. In that time we had daily contact and asked but also unasked for advice which resulted in the fact that we were able to buy our dream. Also after the purchase everything was arranged fantastically. Having recently relocated from America to Spain, we decided to purchase a property. Due to a combination of not speaking Spanish and a very difficult seller, the purchase became quite complicated. Manuel and TA LAWYERS were there for us all of the way. We felt protected in the fact that they were constantly looking out for our best interests and secure as they followed the letter of the law. Being a foreigner in a foreign land and not speaking the language is challenging enough. Entering into a legally binding agreement for hundreds of thousands of dollars could be quite terrifying. I arrived in Spain in September aware that the deadline for residency applications was before the end of the UK transition period on 31/12/20.
