Alvaro has been amazing! I am super organised / OCD and have a law degree of my own (from Canada), so thought I could organise our own visas etc etc etc... but honestly, getting him to help us with our visas (myself and my family - we're British / Canadian / Australian) was the best decision ever. Contacted them recently with a query and they were super responsive and invested in finding out the right information for me. They turned a stressful situation into a worry-free one by providing the right information. I learnt that I won’t be needing their services for the time being, just a formal response to the consulate at the moment.
