W ostatnim czasie miałem okazję korzystać z usług biura prawnego Sun Lawyers między innymi podczas zakupu domu w Hiszpanii. To profesjonalne biuro oferuje również obsługę w języku polskim co nie ukrywam było i jest bardzo pomocne podczas załatwiania wszelkich formalności. Zdecydowanie polecam !!!!

We recently made our first property purchase in Spain. I found the team at Sun Lawyers to be very professional whilst keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I initially dealt with Javier and Filipina who organised the power of attorney at the notary straight after my introductory meeting. Zeer slechte ervaringen met dit sun lawyers kantoor gelegen in La Zenia. Na een aanbetaling van 1000 euro hebben ze niets gedaan aan ons dossier, zelfs in het contract van de schuld overdracht stond vermeld dat de schulden niet gekend waren. Nog thans konden we zelf de informatie inwinnen dat er ibi schulden waren en zelfs het bedrag en dat er unbanisatie schulden waren totaal bedrag 11.500 euro. Daar konden zij niet achter komen. Ik heb het contract laten nalezen door 2 andere advocaten en beide gaven ze me de raad om niet te tekenen ! Contract is dus niet doorgegaan, 1000 euro verloren 😡 ! Als je dan een gedetailleerd factuur vraagt is er enkel ereloon aangerekend ten bedrage van 1000 euro, terwijl ze niets in dit dossier gedaan hebben! Echte afzetters!!!

Carlos war immer ansprechbar und hat sich umgehend um unsere Belange oder auch Fragen gekümmert. Wir können Sun Lawyers in allen Angelegenheiten (Makler/Bank/Notar/Versicherung/Strom/Steuern usw.) als absolut kompetent und professionell empfehlen.

Sun Lawyers represented the buyer of our apartment in Jacarilla. I am being constantly chased for payment of utility bills despite the fact that Sun Lawyers retained more than enough monies to cover any bills up to the date we completed on the sale. We always paid our bills on receipt, but Sun Lawyers still retained more than we knew would be due for our final bills. It is very worrying that final bills clearly haven’t been paid. I have contacted them numerous times. The initial contact was responded to by Silvia quickly, since then all my other emails are being ignored. We would suggest you are very wary about using this company, even if they are being referred to you by estate agents. We are looking at what legal action we can take against both this company, unless they provide proof all bills have been paid and show the accounts, plus the person who represented us Victor Manuel Belmonte Mezzo, but that is a whole different story.

Sun lawyers acted for people purchasing my property back in August retaining money for outstanding bills that is standard in spain , We paid all bills aware of ,yet a small water bill for 74 euros was made by Hydro water at Montesionos , despite our legal representative getting assured that sun lawers would address the matter months on we are getting debt collection agency's demanding larger sums including money we have also paid , unfortunately due to being taken in to hospital for major heart surgery i have been pursued by debt collection agents for hydro water every two days because sun Lawyers have not bothered to pay a simple water bill of 74 euros though holding 500 euros of our money in retention , We always pay our bills on time and never had a problem until Sun Lawyers showed unter contempt for us . Apart from fighting for my life in hospital I have to pick up after lazy unprofessional legal practice to big to deal with little matters .

Se encargaron de gestionar una venta y no pudieron hacerlo peor. Se saltaron todos los plazos, no se llegó a firmar el contrato de arras y para colmo descontaron la comisión de la agencia por la cara del cobro de la venta. Además dijeron que se hacían cargo del cambio de los contratos de suministro y como lo han hecho cuando les ha dado la gana, ahora me toca pagar los consumos de los nuevos propietarios. Llamarles sinvergüenzas es quedarse corto. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Les pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo que puedo ponerles. Pero no se merecen ni eso. Les solicité unos servicios jurídicos en AGOSTO. Al principio una tal Mari me atendió amablemente e hizo como que se encargaba del servicio que les pedía (un presupuesto por teléfono que parecía calculado a ojo de unos 900€ más unas tasas de no se qué por lo que me dijo que serian alrededor de unos 1100-1200€) y acepté. Tuve que llamarla en varias ocasiones porque veía que el caso no avanzaba y no tenía noticias suyas. Cada vez me atendía una persona distinta desde su casa en teletrabajo, la cual no estaba al corriente del caso y no podía ayudarme. Después de mucho insistir quedó en llamarme después de sus vacaciones a mediados de Septiembre y aun sigo a la espera TRES MESES DESPUES. No creo que sea falta de profesionalidad, es que directamente carecen de ella. Por suerte no son los únicos abogados en la zona y en otro bufete están gestionando los servicios por el módico precio de menos de DOSCIENTOS EUROS (si, como leéis bien, menos de 200€, mil euros menos de los que me pidieron inicialmente en este sitio....) !!!!!!!!! Al principio ni me lo creía y resultan ser mil veces más profesionales y atentos. Realmente es triste que a día de hoy siga habiendo este tipo de abusos y se aprovechen así de la gente. Por educación no pondré evidentemente el despacho que está gestionando mis servicios ya que sería competencia desleal, pero para los interesados podréis leer las reseñas de mi cuenta y podréis encontrarlos. Gracias por vuestra poca profesionalidad, habeis hecho que me ahorre mil euros y seguro que más de un disgusto
