A very professional and friendly company. They go above and beyond in their services to their clients. They have a positive attitude in all their dealings with you and even help in areas that you would never expect. Our main contact for the house purchase was Leila but everyone we have had contact with has been great. Mark and Laura have guided us through our relocation process from the very start. Completely useless. I asked Sun Lawyers to change the email address against the electricity bill for me, so I can administer my own account. As they have a member of staff registered against it - a simple thing! Despite numerous attempts I gave up. I asked another lawyer to tell them how to do their job. They focus on me paying them for some other service. This is not the first time. They messed up with the water transfer between owners and we got cut off. They don't answer emails sometimes. Sun Lawyers, their slogan should read .....the last thing you need to do is use us.

We are very pleased to announce that we used Sun Lawyers to purchase our Spanish property in Cuidad Quesada. From the day we contacted them to advise we had placed an offer on a property they organised the next day for us to attend the notary to organise the power of attorney and the NIE numbers to be applied for, the process was so efficient as we were in Spain for a number of days after attending and viewing numerous properties, therefore we didn't have to fly back out it was all done whilst in Spain and all paperwork organised. Sun Lawyers were retained to help us with our Visa application leading to Residency in Spain. Once we got our Visa, Anne in the Cabo Roig SL office was really helpful in arranging our Padron appointments.Anne and Myriam from SL helped with getting all the documentation all together and Myriam accompanied at both of my wife and my appointments . She had a good rapport with the Padron staff and made sure that the process went smoothly and that we got our Padron’s with minimal delay. In addition to doing their jobs both Anne and Myriam on a personal level were so friendly and helpful. Since getting our NLV visa and our Padron Myriam at Sun Lawyers has worked wonders for us. First in getting our SIP medical cards and our registration at the local medical centre. She has also arranged all the appointments, fees and paperwork for our TIE Residency Cards (the first appointment for photos, fingerprinting and submission was accompanied). We then received proof of submission and our appointment to collect the cards (the wait to collect the produced cards from the Police was about 40 days). We cannot praise the service, attention and kindness we got from Myriam highly enough she has been great.

My wife and I used sun lawyers to purchase a home in Spain. They were super efficient and friendly. Digital Nomad Visa I had a free consultation with Mark plus a couple of other people from other consultanies offering this service, the thing I initially liked about Sun Lawyer's was that Mark was very approachable and the only one that I didn't have to cerrespond with via watsapp alone. Mark or his colleague Laura were extremly helpful, I did get turned down initially but purely because by S1 was in my married name and my passport is in my maiden name so we had to buy private medical insurance. Straight away reapplied and got excepted :-) We have now had our TIE appointments in Alicante where we were met by a lovely lady, her name escapes me but she was very assuring and even though she couldn't come in with us she made it clear any problems she would be outside waiting, all very easy even though I was nervous. In a nutshell I can't recommend these guys enough and I will definately be using them for my renewal.

Having explained the circumstances to Jose Maria Lomax lawyer it was agreed to make a claim against the Euro Weekly News a competitor business of the claimant. A number of incidents had occurred causing damages to the family business, loss in trade, and a lot of anxiety and stress. The legal assistance offered by Jose Maria Lomax owner and solicitor at Sun Lawyers in based in Costa Blanca. The good news was that eventually after several years and a number of court trials Sun lawyers managed to win the case against Michelle Eusden owner of Euro Weekly News. The bad news was that Sun Lawyers without any permission or agreement of the claimant changed the claim from a criminal offense to a civil case against the offenders. The question can only cast a doubt and ask further questions, is the integrity of this law firm and in particular Jose Maria Lomax in question? Further doubts and a number of strange circumstances unfolded, this included a new advertising campaign, Sun Lawyers featured on the front cover of the the Euro Weekly News. Further, Sun Lawyers did not claim any legal expenses from the offenders, after having won the case in a civil court. Finally Sun Lawyers has not paid the compensation awarded to the claimant. They have kept the money even though they had already been fully paid. The agreement was clear that Sun Lawyers would charge 5000 euros for their work, they received 2,500 in advance and made the agreement to claim the other 2,500 euros from the defendant upon a successful court ruling. When Sun Lawyers failed to claim costs and protect the defendant from further losses they then kept the compensation money.

Well used them to buy property last year That went through Okay apart from not getting the water contract sorted until 6 months later ' Currently trying too get a Licence to rent the property out Legally , First Failed due to them getting the wrong property listed this failed due to already listed to another owner in a Different Urb They are doing their best to get it right as they are not aware of how to do it ? retrying to sort the Tourist Licence it took a while but it came through {I brought this property to generate income from it } Well they finally came good due to Manuel giving it a push to get it sorted

I cannot recommend or speak more highly of the professional service I received on my villa sale and completion from Isabel at Sun Lawyers. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and my queries where always answered in full, promptly.

Extremely poor customer relations, I dealt with José lomax one of the senior partners, I got no feedback, my case was fairly time sensitive and they were made aware of that from the outset, I had to chase them constantly for any updates and never got a courtesy call to update me, not even once, I rang around a dozen times at one point and sent emails to the same effect, still with no feedback, in the end I paid 250€ and got literally not a síngle piece of news, I was told eventually to go their pilar office and talk to the barrister there, I was given no name, no telephone number and no address, they also tried to charge me for power of attorney that I did for 36€ and tried to charge me another 100 € when they literally weren't involved at all in the process, the most un profesional company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with in Spain or elsewhere, stay clear!!

Purchased a Villa last July through Sun Lawyers in Calpe, however unknown to ourselves after completion we have no Certificate of Residence. We trusted the purchase through Sun Lawyers, and we were NOT informed that the property had no Certificate of Residence, and from the agents!!! I do NOT recommend anyone trusting these Lawyers as now we have a property which is very difficult to sell on without a COR and with EU regulations a new Bio septic tank is a requirement. Avoid go through a reputable Lawyer.
