Heel prettig geholpen rondom de aankoop van een woning en emigratie en alles wat er bij komt kijken. Reageren snel, kundige mensen, hebben vrijwel alles voor ons geregeld met een volmacht. En voor een scherp geprijsde fixed fee tot het eind van het jaar iemand om op terug te vallen. Werkelijk alles zit erin verwerkt. Het volgende jaar is een stuk voordeliger. Dan regelen ze allerlei zaken van belastingen tot communicatie met bijvoorbeeld nuts bedrijven, etc. Blijf voorlopig nog wel klant tot ik echt in de materie thuis ben en de taal beter spreek. Top bedrijf!

Me siento engañada y muy decepcionada. Solo espero no encontrarme a personas TAN POCO PROFESIONALES como ellos en especial Venancio. Ha hecho que la compra de mi casa (algo que se hace con especial ilusión) se convierta en una pesadilla, es un mentiroso pero lo peor es que me ha tenido engañada durante varios meses por el tema de la plusvalía de la casa. Tanto la notaria como el chico de la inmoiliraria no se explican como este personaje ha tenido tan cara dura de no cumplir con su trabajo de hecho me animan a demandarlo al Colegio de Abogados. Venancio solo espero que algún día alguien te ponga las cartas sobre la mesa y que te dejes de reir de la gente como lo has hecho conmigo por que yo no tengo por que pagar tus platos rotos. Tienes muy poca vergüenza y te aseguro que a mis 25 años me has hecho pasar los peores momentos. No tienes valores ni respeto ninguno por que yo en mi trabajo y cualquier persona normal cuando comete un error trata de solucionarlo y asumirlo.

I fully recommend services offered by CIVIL SP. Everything was according to what we agreed. And the case was successful.

We used Civil SP to purchase our property in Spain about 6 years ago. The whole experience was hassle free with Civil SP in complete control of everything whilst advising us clearly what we needed and had to do to achieve and complete the deal. Fantastic service from CivilSP when buying my property in Torrevieja. The whole process took around 8 weeks and Cristina assisted me throughout this time, also arranging a bank account, NIE number, a Will and home insurance. On the day of purchase everything went smoothly at the Police Station in Elche and the Actuary in Torrevieja. I can’t recommend Civil SP more highly, everyone spoke good English (sadly I speak very little Spanish) which helped with the translation of documents and meeting officials. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I used this lawyer for sell of my property. At first meeting seemed very easy to talk to Cristina who is i believe secretary. In fact I never meet with a lawyer She explained shortly how she will proceed. The fees were lower than most of the lawyers. Unfortunately she never advised me regarding negotiations what I agree to pay and what buyer will pay. She decided to agree with buyer legal lawyer that I will pay certain fees which I didnt know about, and I am very upset about it. There was never full breakdown of cost of sale, it was rough calculations. The sale was 1.8.2021. until now I am waiting for the retained money for outstanding bills it seems they ate not willing to reply when exactly they will be send back to me. Another issue I had for non resident tax, I've paid penalty for not paying on time plus full fees, the refund should be over €500, they advised me at the time not knowing that I am accountant, I would receive nothing back. Only when I confronted them with calculations than I got them to agree there is refund due. Luck of communication and hard to get refunds!!

Hired them to ensure home purchase related documents were in order and to accompany me during the closing. The attorney walked out 20 minutes before the closing concluded, and during that time, we encountered an issue that needed legal advice, but since the attorney was not there, we had to cancel the closing the reschedule. I wind up hiring someone else that was more attentive and stayed with me througout the whole process. Super disappointed with the level of service.

Thanks to CivilSP I felt secured and confident. They have taken care of my case with such care and professionalism, they have saved me so much trouble, effort and money and they were always reachable. I am very happy I chose them!!!

They did my taxes without my consent last year and took nearly 400 euros out my account. Total theft. Bad enough right? This year I have repeatedly told them not to do my taxes, yet they are emailing saying they are going to do them again and take money out my account unless I inconveniently print out a signed cancellation form. I don't have a printer but I shouldn't need to do this. If I don't they will take it out of my account. Total theft. Do not use. There are many better and cheaper solicitors elsewhere. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE THEIVES. Their response to this review is to say that my facts are not accurate. I have a bank statement showing that they stole nearly 400 euros last year without my consent. I have emails that show I've told them at three times not to do make my taxes this year and will charge nearly 500 euros this year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 16th November 2020, I finally acquired the property of my dreams , a holiday apartment in the Playa Flamenca area of the Costa Blanca ,due to a great extent by the excellent professional assistance of the law firm Civil SP and in particular the unstinting efforts of Cristina Sanchez. At all stages of the buying process , I was guided and supported and everything was explained and costed and promises with respect to timescales and outcomes were met . As part of my plan to purchase a property , I viewed the approved list of English speaking law firms on both the British and Irish government listings and was happy to be recommended the services of Civil SP by one of the estate agencies I planned to meet , as they were present on both lists. Elle m'a donné suffisamment d'explications en français, ce qui n'est en fait pas ma langue maternelle. Elle était très compréhensive. Compte tenu de la distance, l'affaire a été traitée plus avant par courrier électronique. J'ai été constamment tenu au courant de l'évolution de l'achat. WE purchased our property in Spain some eight years ago. Given that we do not speak Spanish all the Spanish processes and ways were much to complicated for us.
