Ik had een afspraak gemaakt in februari voor 12mei 2025. Niemand was op de hoogte en zoals afgesproken zou de toelichting in het Nederland verlopen . Niemand was aanwezig die kon bijstaan in het Nederlands . Wat een teleurstelling.

Ce 13 février 2025, nous avons signé l’acte d’achat de notre maison en Espagne. Des amis nous ont conseillé ce cabinet d’avocats et merci à eux. Dès le départ nous avons eu le détail des frais que nous allions devoir payer et cela nous a permis de constater que ce cabinet nous demandait moins d’honoraires que 2 autres. Pas d’acompte à régler, nous avons payé tous les frais (honoraires avocate, notaire et frais d’impôts sur la maison) le jour de l’acte devant le notaire. Le paiement de la maison a été fait avec un chèque certifié depuis le compte espagnol que nous avons ouvert dans une banque espagnole (Christelle nous a mis en contact). Nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme de l’avocate Adriana et de Christelle la conseillère juridique en charge de notre dossier. Tous nos échanges de mails ont été très précis et toutes les étapes expliquées en détail et dans notre langue maternelle le français. Nous conseillons donc à 100% ce cabinet.

I have had terrible experience with these, I asked for their assistance and they have given excuses and taken months to even contact me and then it was to pay them more money! They don’t check into things correctly and have given me incorrect information (I confirmed with the other party) I would avoid these like they avoid my calls now!
