Oscar has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of obtaining a NLV for Spain and purchasing a house. Either Oscar or Marcella, his assistant, attended all official meetings to help us obtain the padron and TIE card. Even after we obtained our TIE card and bought a property he has been ready to help us with any small issues that arose in adjusting to life in Spain. I have recently used Oscar to guide me through all of the hurdles that are associated with the process of buying a property in Spain and his help has been invaluable. Oscar went way beyond the normal conveyancing services that I expected. From making an early NIE number application through to enabling me to open a Spanish bank account (which cannot normally be done from the UK) Oscar has constantly given me brilliant advice and guidance. So much so that I decided to give Oscar my Power Of Attorney and I'm so glad that I did. We hired Oscar and his firm to guide us through our Spanish property buying process. The system there is very complicated, hard to understand for foreigners. You definitely need a trusted local lawyer with huge experience dealing with property issues, banks, notaries and other solicitors. Well, this is Oscar definitely. We gave him Power of Attorney so the firm helped us through the process, we didn’t have to travel at all during the pandemic. They have been very responsive, we could reach them with short notice either via phone, email or WhatsApp. They provided invaluable advice and guidance from dealing with estate agents, getting NIE, to hiring a sworn translator. We felt cared for and safe. I highly recommend them. If we ever need legal assistance, we would hire him with no hesitation.

Oscar and his team took on the enormous task of clearing issues with our late Father's estate in Spain, for my sister and myself. Oscar worked tirelessly and with painstaking thoroughness for some 6 years on an estate that has been in disarray for 18 years. The majority of this work was undertaken for a very reasonable "finder's fee" and Oscar negotiated a settlement early on which guaranteed the minimum we would receive. The estate had been mismanaged to the point where it was Oscar who ended up making it possible for the sale of the property which had belonged in equaly parts to our late Father and his wife, to proceed at all. Without the help of Oscar Ricor our move to, and life in Spain, would have been incredibly difficult.
