I popped in, on the off chance, to make an appointment and was eagerly welcomed by the receptionist, Isabel. Her warmth and willingness to listen and help, went above and beyond what I expected, and what I have experienced from other receptionists here in Spain and the UK. Her communication via WhatsApp thereafter was excellent, she did what she said she would do, and in a timely manner. Solicitor Victoria communicated via Isabel and answered all of my questions and helped to put my mind at rest over concerns that I had. Once again Victoria and her team have excelled themselves. We had returned to the UK and left Victoria and her team in charge of everything for us. This included signing at notary, organising and paying outstanding bills and transferring the remaining money over to UK for us. They even sorted out the problem we had in our garden after the torrential rains we had. Comentar que después de la muerte de mi marido recomendado por el Consulado Británico en Malaga me puse en contacto con este bufete, el resultado fue, cero empatía, un objetivo de lucro exagerado, siempre se ajusta a la tarifa más alta de la franja de precios que te ofertan, además los abogados de Reino Unido que trabajan para ellos, Castello Solicitors, cobran 250 libras por hora más impuestos. Lo peor fue que el equipo inglés me cobró 3 horas por un trabajo que no era necesario, poner en mi nombre la casa de mi marido para ser vendida cuando con el certificado de la herencia “Probate” era suficiente. Se aprovechan de la debilidad de los que perdemos a nuestros seres queridos para sacar provecho. Por favor evitar a toda costa estos abogados.
